This Bike tour is high-level ride, traversing through off road and highway between Lhasa and Kathmandu all the way to Rongbuk Valley beneath the stunning north face of Mount Everest . The Bike tour visits all the major spectacular monastery towns of Gyantse, Xigastse and Xegar reaching the edge of the Tibetan Plateau at the Thang La 5200m., Rongbuk monastery and Mt. Our Mountain Bike tour will begin with flight to Lhasa 3840m. then we have few days Lhasa city sightseeing tour and well acclimatization for the expedition. The biking tour starts from lhasa and finally into the Nepal.

Day 01: Welcome to kathmandu; arrive in Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Full day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley.
Day 03: Fly to Lhasa from kathmandu with China Southwest Airlines. Pick up from Gonggar airport and transfer to Hotel.
Day 04: Sightseeing tour of Potala and Jokhang and Barkor market.
Day 05: Sightseeing tour of Drepung monastery and Sera monastery.
Day 06: Start the Bike Tour for about 84 kms and camp.
Day 07: Bike 57kms approx over the Kamba La Pass 4800m the first pass and camp.
Day 08: Bike continue and camp before Karo pass.
Day 09: Bike 85kms approx over the Karo Pass to Gyangtse. Hotel
Day 10: Bike to Shigatse for about 106 kms. Hotel
Day 11: Bike continue for about 76 kms and camp.
Day 12: Bike continue 95kms approx and camp after Lhatse.
Day 13: Bike continue to Shegar 80 kms approx. Hotel
Day 14: Bike over the Pang La Pass for about 66kms and camp.
Day 15: Bike continue to Rongbuk 36kms approx and camp.
Day 16: Bike to Everest Base Camp34kms and camp at Rongbuk.
Day 17: Bike 76kms approx and camp before Tingri.
Day 18: Bike continue to Lalung-la base Camp 74kms and camp
Day 19: Bike over Lalung-Leh Pass to Zhangmu. Hotel
Day 20: Bike down to border. After immigration and custom clearance, drive back to Dhulikhel. Hotel
Day 21: After breakfast drive to Kathmandu . Free day for shopping and join farewell dinner with live Nepalese culture program.
Day 22: Departure transfer to airport for return flight to sweet home
