You will visit Nepal and Tibet at a time to experience the rich culture of both countries. First come to kathmandu make tour. During your tour in Nepal we will prepare the travel permit and visa for Tibet then start tour into Tibet. After a wonderful time in Tibet fly back to kathmandu and complete the tour.
Tour itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing tour to Boudhnath Stupa, Pashupatinath, Bagmati River, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swyambhunath Stupa.
Day 03: Sight seeing of Dakshinkali, Chovar, kiritpur and Bongamati.
Day 04: Kathmandu- Zhangmu (2300) - 123km. Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Kodari. After doing immigration and custom formalities drive uphill to Zhangmu.
Day 05: Zhangmu- Xegar (4350m) - 244kms. Drive to Xegar crossing NYALAMU PASS (3800 m.) & LALUNG LA PASS (5050 m.). This drive offers fantastic view of the high mountain including Everest (8848m.).
Day 06: Xegar -Xigatse (3900m.) -244 kms. Drive (Approx 8 hrs) to Xigatse has the famous Tashilunpo Monastery and the seat of Panchen Lama. O/nt at Hotel Xigatse.
Day 07: Xigatse - Gyantse (3900m.) -90kms. In the morning visit Tashilunpo Monastery and the free market of Xigatse. In the afternoon drive to Gyantse and visit Phalkor Monastery and Khumbum Stupa.
Day 08: Gyantse- Lhasa (3650m.) -259 kms. The drive to Lhasa takes 08 hours, crossing two passes - THE KARO LA (5010 m.) and KAMBA LA (479m.) via Yamdrok tsolake.
Day9/10: Lhasa: sightseeing tour of Potala Palace, Norbulinka Palace, JokhangTemple, Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and Barkhor Bazaar.
Day 11: Transfer to Gonggar airport and fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 12: Leisure day to excursion around Thamel.
Day 13: Drive to Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival welcome drink - briefing about the programs, Lunch and rest, Visit to the elephant stable - village visit - dinner
Day 14: Wake-up-call -breakfast -elephant back-safari / jungle drive inside the park, Lunch - canoe trip in dugout log - visit to Elephant breading centre - Tharu cultural show dinner
Day 15: Wake -up- call - tea/ coffee- bird watching - breakfast and departure to Kathmandu.
Day 16: Sunrise tour to Nagarkot and drive to Dhulikhel.
Day 17: Drive to Kathmandu and preparation for departure. Farewell dinner.
Day 18: Departure transfer to Airport.
