 New trekking route

 Special offer

Lobuche Peak 6119m.

Mt. Lobuch peak, which consists of two east and west summits with heights of 6,119m and 6,145 m. respectively having a sharp gap and a considerable distance between. The East Peak is recognized as a trekking peak, whereas the West is known as an Expedition Peak . Laurence Nielson and Ang Gyalzen Sherpa made the first ascent to Lobuche East on 25 April 1984 . Lobuche Peak is a potential for new climbers and offers few existing routes to the summit climb. The dark triangle of its rocky East face rises over the moraines of the Khumbu glacier to a spectacular skyline, forming the south ridge. It is reached by descending a marked notch and climbing steep snowy slopes to the subsidiary snow summit top. The descending route is same to the base camp.
