Overview
Sirubari 1700m located in Syangja district southwest a short drive from Pokhara, followed by the comfortable walk. The village is one of the most attractive having very colorful, warm/ friendly people and enthusiastic about toursim. It is the model village for a growing new trend in village eco tourism in Nepal for those seeking to experience the village, people and the culture. The climate is ideals at all times of the years with no snow ever falling in the village itself. However, the ideal time to visit is between September to June. The houses in the village are built from the local materials and are well constructed and comfortable. The overwhelming impression of the village is one of the odder and classiness but with a warm and welcoming feel to it. Foot trails though the villages are all stone paved. Being on the southern slopes of the ridge the village enjoying long sunny day and is ideal for agriculture. The Sirubari village has awarded by the PATA Gold award in recognitions of its efforts to preserver the culture and heritage of Nepali total life.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Refreshment then briefing about the tour.
Day 02:Drive from Kathmandu via Pokhara and futher to Sirubari village Arrive and wel-come by the villagers then interact with home stay family dinner with home stay family.
Day 03:Excursion of the villages, visiting the people, experiences their culture, tourism infracstructures and other interesting things of the village.
Day 04:Hike to Midian Kharka and Thumro to observe sunrise view over the mountains. Dinner with families perhaps followed by culture program
Day 05:Farewell and drive to Pokhara then catch a flight to kathmandu.
Day 06:Departure If you have time and are interested for other adventure like white water rating, wild life safari or any other activities can extend your holiday or transfer to airport and fly back to sweet home.
