Lhasa city and Tsetang/Syame valley tours in Tibet

Lhasa-Tstang Syame valley tour will visit Syame monastery at the Shyame valley in the south east of the Lhasa city which is the first monastery in possession of the three treasures: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha built in 762 AD. The valley and monastery obviously are an extra attraction of the tour and this tour is not just an exploration of Tibet but a little more experience of the old monastery and valley providing unique sights of the Chongye country, Yumbu Lhakng the first palace and Tradruk temple with people and culture.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Fly to Lhasa with China Southwest Airlines. Pick up from airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 : Sightseeing tour of Potala, Jokang and barkor market.

Day 3 : Sightseeing tour of Drepung and Sera Monastery.

Day 4 : Drive to Samye through Yarlung valley and overnight at monastery guesthouse.

Day 5 : After sightseeing in samye, drive to Tsetang and visit Yumbu Lhakng and Tradruk temple and On/ Post hotel.

Day 6 : Drive to the Airport and fly to Kathmandu .
